Please be patient when making enquiries, we need time and sometimes a reminder to allow us time to do what is necessary. If you are in a rush, remember the Latin motto: 'festine lente': hasten slowly. Here are planned steps to follow:
(1) Use this page as a starting point, do return to this page a few times, because it has different starting points: Latest Availability; Search and Enquire; Special Offers...
(2) One starting point is the Latest Availability page above, try that... found something? follow it through and fill in the Enquiry form. From your Enquiry form, there is a Forwarding page, you can forward your enquiry to other apartments matching your criteria without re-doing your enquiry, try that because we do not do this automatically for you. This takes a few minutes only.
(3) Use the Search Criteria above to get to the main listings, notice some apartments have Live Availability, clicking on that will give you the most up to date availability. This uses an internet query to another database so may take a while to load. If something is available, you can request a booking immediately.
(4) Browse the Special Offers page, but note they are subject to availability. If you spot something of interest, fill in the Enquiry form if not done already.
(5) If you have done that, you can email me on john@shortstay-london.com with your contact details - most important as otherwise I cannot contact you - and explanation of what you are looking for.
(8) If you have emailed me or filled in a form, you can certainly call me on the phone and I can 'look up' what you have enquired on and follow up any communications I need to make, eg phone private owners, reservations staffs etc. Early mornings are not great for me, try after 10am at the earliest. It helps if you don't have to spell email addresses etc over the phone. I am very reliable in receiving and dealing with emails as I am on the computer 10 hours a day at least.

Availability and price are confirmed when you make an Enquiry. But we have tried hard to get the latest and correct prices on the site. However, prices are subject to change.

'Book Now' - You can request a booking immediately for an apartment or flat in London subject to availability using the 'Book Now' link (near the apartment name). It is not necessary to provide a credit card.
